Silkworm-cocoon, fried together with particles of lemon zest. Traditional Vietnamese food (in some specific area; originally they use leaves of the lemon tree), Lili made it for me.

I support eating insects to save our Earth. I've eaten wasp pupae and weevil larvae. They are quite delicious actually. ;)

I also think culturing edible insects have a future in feeding people, however here in Hungary only this cocoons can be purchased and only if you know somebody who came from Asia and tell you where can you buy them:)

Uhh, hát nem mondom, hogy rosszul néz ki, de kéne egy kis kurázsi, hogy rávegyem magam arra, hogy megkóstoljam.
És a legmerészebb rémálmaimban sem gondoltam volna, hogy be lehet szerezni Magyarországon... O_o
